Vantiva Launches Customer-Centric Website at Vantiva.com
Ithaca, New York – February 7, 2006
Vantiva Internet Solutions LLC today launched its official website (www.vantiva.com), after nearly 3 months of development and testing. In addition to providing information about Vantiva’s services, the website is a complete customer service hub and lets customers get support, manage services and billing, and oversee web development projects.
Account Manager
Vantiva’s powerful Account Manager lets customers manage all of their account information, from viewing invoices to adding upgrades to their service plans. When customers log into the Account Manager, they can see their current services at Vantiva, review their billing history, pay invoices, and change contact/payment information.
The Account Manager is also secured with 128-bit SSL encryption. “Protecting customer data is a top priority at Vantiva,” said Philip Huang, Vantiva’s Managing Director. “When doing business with us, customers can rest assured that we’re taking serious measures to protect their private information.”
Project Center
The Project Center lets Vantiva’s web design and development customers oversee all aspects of their ongoing projects. Customers are able to monitor work in progress and see detailed descriptions of various project tasks. They can also post comments and upload content for use in their project. “One of the most important factors in the success of a web development project is client communication,” said Mr. Huang. “Our Project Center keeps customers completely in the loop throughout the entire project.”
Support Center
Vantiva’s customer service hub, the Support Center, provides a centralized area for customers to get help and support. It contains a Knowledge Base which contains an extensive list of frequently asked questions and guides covering technical, billing, pre-sales, and other general topics. The Knowledge Base gives customers a comprehensive self-help resource where they can quickly find answers to their questions.
Also located in the Support Center is Vantiva’s Online Helpdesk, where customers can submit a support ticket whenever they run into technical or billing problems. The support ticket notifies a Vantiva technician to help you and subsequent replies for the ticket are conveniently handled through email. “There is no hassle, no being put on hold - simply submit a ticket and get back to what you’re doing while our support staff attends to your issue,” said Mr. Huang.
