Customers will only need to log in once and have access to areas that are now separate sections which includes the Account Manager, Cpanel, Project Center, and Support Center. All of these private areas will be integrated into one complete customer portal/extranet.</p>
<p>Vantiva decided to develop the customer portal to further improve the customer experience on our website and make account management simpler. Instead of having to log into each area separately, customers can just log in once and have access to all the resources they need.

In addition to providing information about Vantiva&#8217;s services, the website is a complete customer service hub and lets customers get support, manage services and billing, and oversee web development projects.</p>
<h3>Account Manager</h3>
<p>Vantiva&#8217;s powerful <a href="/account">Account Manager</a> lets customers manage all of their account information, from viewing invoices to adding upgrades to their service plans. When customers log into the Account Manager, they can see their current services at Vantiva, review their billing history, pay invoices, and change contact/payment information.</p>
