Vantiva Peek Setup

Get started with Vantiva Peek!

  1. Download the Vantiva Peek mobile app from the Google Play Store (for Android) or the Apple App Store (for iOS).
  2. Create an account by entering the access code provided by your facility manager.
  3. Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to set up your camera.

Let’s Get Your Peek Camera Ready!

  • Step 1: Remove the Plastic

    Carefully peel off the plastic cover by lifting it from one of the corners. Make sure to avoid touching the camera lens directly to prevent smudging.

  • Step 2: Remove the Back Cover

    Locate and push down on the two dotted triangles on the back of your camera device to release and remove the back cover.

  • Step 3: Insert Batteries

    Insert 4 new AA batteries into the battery compartment.

  • Step 4: Secure the Back Cover

    Slide the back cover back onto the camera until it clicks into place, ensuring it is securely fastened.

  • Step 5: Ensure the Camera is Powered On

    Check the power on indicator light to the right of the lens —you should see a solid green light for 3 seconds to confirm the camera is powered on.

  • Step 6: Ensure Bluetooth Pairing Mode

    • Check the indicator light to the right of the lens—it should continue blinking green until pairing is complete.

    • If Pairing Mode does not activate — Press and hold the pair button for 3 seconds on the side of the camera device to put the camera in Bluetooth pairing mode.
