Chief Executive Officer

Tim O'Loughlin led Vantiva’s Connected Home Customer Unit in the Americas from January to October 2024. With over 20 years of experience in business leadership, Mr. O’Loughlin has worked with various telecommunications equipment providers, including previously owned CommScope companies, Arris and Pace. In his most recent role, O’Loughlin served over four years as EVP and President of the Americas Region at Verifone, a global payment services and hardware provider. His leadership roles throughout his career have granted him commercial ownership in the Americas, allowing him to gain a deep understanding of the region and forge strong relationships with a wide variety of customers. Mr. O’Loughlin is passionate about building and inspiring diverse teams and has a proven track record of driving business growth. He sits on the advisory board for TruRating LTD, holds two degrees from Florida Atlantic University and two technical patents. He is based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, USA.

Aline Bourcereau

Chief Compliance & Sustainability Officer

Aline Bourcereau has served as VANTIVA's Chief Compliance Officer since 2022, overseeing and managing the company's compliance risks. A former French lawyer with expertise in white-collar crime, she has extensive experience identifying and mitigating criminal and regulatory risks within industrial sectors. She began her compliance career at Airbus in 2016, where she held various roles in the Defense and Space division and later at the company’s headquarters in Toulouse, France. Following this, she served as Group Compliance Manager at Keolis. Mrs Bourcereau holds a master's degree in Private Law and Criminal Sciences. She was also an assistant to an investigating judge at the Pôle Financier de Paris, and obtained a certification in Fraud detection in 2017. She is based in Paris, France.

Mr. Zambrano is the Chief Legal Officer of VANTIVA, responsible for managing the commercial, litigation, and strategic legal affairs of the business. He has extensive experience in the technology and entertainment industries and began his career as a litigator before transitioning to M&A and corporate transactions. He joined Vantiva in 2016, rising to serve as the General Counsel to the Connected Home Division. Prior to Vantiva, he served as a member of the international legal department of Turner Broadcasting, managing the legal affairs of television networks such as CNN, TBS, TNT, and Cartoon Network, with an emphasis on technology transactions. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, George Washington University Law School, and Emory University's Goizueta Business School, Mr. Zambrano is based in Atlanta, Georgia.

Chief People and Talent Officer

Luce Rivat serves as Chief People and Talent Officer at Vantiva. She brings over 15 years of experience leading human resources transformation initiatives within global organizations across multiple industries. Mrs. Rivat joined the company in 2020 and has since held several senior roles within the HR organization, beginning as Head of HR Digitalization and Performance and subsequently serving as Vice President of Global HR Operations. In these roles, she has contributed to key strategic initiatives, including the acquisition of Home Networks. She holds a master degree from Institut MinesTélécom Business School and is based in Paris, France.

Mr. Lars Ihlen is the Chief Financial Officer for VANTIVA, responsible for finance and real estate. He has 25 years of experience in the telecommunication industry, and served the last 11 years as CFO for the Connected Home Division of Technicolor. Prior to that, Mr. Ihlen held various positions in finance for Alcatel-Lucent and Mikron Infokom. Mr. Lars is born and educated in Norway, and during his carrier he has lived in Paris, Shanghai, Los Angeles and Atlanta. He is based in Atlanta, Georgia.

Mr. Baldock is the Chief Operating Officer of Vantiva, leading supply chain, operations, IT, quality and global transformation. With over 20 years of industry experience, he brings significant expertise in operations and finance, directing wide-scale initiatives in dynamic environments. Mr. Baldock joined Vantiva in 2021 as SVP, Regional Business Center Americas managing the customer delivery, technical support and business operations functions. His prior experience in the Telecommunications industry included positions as SVP, Chief Information Officer at ARRIS leading a global systems transformation program and SVP, Business Operations at Pace plc operationalizing revenue growth. Mr. Baldock qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant in the UK, holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Glasgow Caledonian University and an MBA from the University of Florida. He is based in Atlanta, GA.

Mr Kannan leads the Retail and HomeSight businesses. He brings 40 years of experience in computing and telecommunications industry, in both corporate and startup environments, with extensive leadership roles in Software, Systems Engineering, and Product Management. Prior to joining Vantiva, Mr kannan was leading the Diversification effort as part of the CommScope Home Networks and incubated HomeSight from concept to commercial launch. He is passionate about technology and has 20 granted patents. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering and a Master’s degree in Computer Science. Mr Kannan is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States.

Mr. Saigal is leading the Product Management and Engineering Organizations of Vantiva, accountable for the Engineering, Product Management, Program Delivery Management and CTO affairs of the business. He has extensive experience in the CPE and networking communications industries and began his career as a Software Engineer at Siemens in 1994. He joined Vantiva in 2015, as part of the Cisco CDBU acquisition, rising to serve as the Product Unit Broadband leader in the Connected Home Division. Prior to Vantiva, he served in multiple positions of progressive responsibility growth at Siemens, Scientific Atlanta and Cisco managing teams in various Product areas: Development, Product and Project Management. A graduate of the Duke University, North Carolina with a M.S (ECE: Electrical and Computer Engineering) degree, Mr. Saigal is based in Atlanta, Georgia.

Mr. Steve Payne is the Chief Revenue Officer for Vantiva. He is responsible for global sales and sales engineering activities across all regions. Mr. Payne brings extensive experience from the telecommunications vendor sector, including senior leadership roles in Europe and North America. He spent more than a decade at Ericsson in Sweden and later supported major North American network service providers with MediaKind. Mr. Payne has a strong background in international business development and long-standing relationships across the industry. He is based in Dallas, Texas.

Mr. Dirk Cosemans is the Senior Vice President of the Eurasia Connected Home Customer Unit for Vantiva. He is responsible for sales, sales engineering, and regional business center functions in Europe, the Middle East and APAC. Mr. Cosemans has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry and has held various leadership roles in both the Americas and Eurasia. He has an in-depth knowledge of Vantiva’s business and has strong relationships in the industry. Most recently Mr. Cosemans managed the Eurasia Regional Business Center for Vantiva. Previously, he held leadership positions at Technicolor and Thomson in the Americas. He holds a micro-electronics Engineering degree from the KHLIM in Belgium. Mr. Cosemans is based in Paris, France.

Mr. Fred Chapelard leads the Transformation Office at Vantiva, driving the company’s key strategic initiatives. With over 25 years of experience in telecommunications, he has held senior leadership roles across Operations, Presales, Sales, and Business Operations at Alcatel, Alcatel-Lucent, and Nokia throughout the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. Mr. Chapelard joined Vantiva in 2022 and most recently led the post-merger integration program of CommScope’s Home Networks division before transitioning into his current role. Based in Paris, France, Mr. Chapelard currently represents Vantiva on the Board of Broadpeak and is a graduate of Télécom SudParis.

He is a permanent guest to Vantiva’s executive leadership team meetings.With over 25 years of industry experience, he brings deep expertise in leading global transformation programs, M&A activities, business carve-outs, and IT governance. He previously served as CIO for the Connected Home, Patents & Licensing, and Corporate Functions divisions of Technicolor. Earlier in his career, he held several IT management roles at Thomson Multimedia and Essilor International. Mr. Olival holds a Master’s degree in Management and Organization of Information Systems. He is based in Paris, France.

Jean-François Fleury

Mr Fleury is Senior Vice President, Global Supply Chain & Operations at Vantiva. He is a permanent guest to Vantiva’s executive leadership team meetings. In 2001, he joined Thomson Multimedia's applied research unit in Rennes. In 2005, he took part in the expansion of the company's activities in Beijing, where he held various positions until 2009, when he became Head of Programs. After a spell in London and a return to Beijing in charge of Asia programs for the Connected Home division, Mr. Fleury became Head of Manufacturing Operations and Supply Chain Asia in 2013. He then moved to Hong Kong and took over global management of the division's operations and supply chain in 2018. Mr. Fleury is a graduate of Ecole Centrale de Lyon and is based in Paris, France.

She is based in Paris, France.

Steve Gutman serves as SVP of Sales for Strategic Accounts at Vantiva, where he focuses on developing and managing key commercial relationships across the company's connectivity portfolio. He brings nearly 25 years of experience in the subscription broadcast and connectivity markets, the majority of which was spent at Universal Electronics. There, he held a series of sales leadership roles of increasing scope, working with operators across North America and internationally on the commercial and technical dimensions of their broadcast and connectivity needs. He is based in St. Petersburg, Fl, USA.

She has extensive experience in governance and audit. Ms. Vandeweyer has held expert and/or management positions at Arthur Andersen, Worldline and Proximus, a major listed Belgian telecommunications operator.

Krista Bowen provides strategic advice to the executive team and business leaders on a wide range of legal matters, including M&A, commercial contracts, real estate, ethics and compliance, corporate governance, labor and employment issues. Committed to a collaborative and pragmatic approach, she has more than 25 years of legal experience and leads a highly functioning and efficient team. Prior to joining CommScope, she was a shareholder at the law firm of Robinson Bradshaw, focusing on mergers and acquisitions. Krista Bowen has a J.D., summa cum laude, from Washington & Lee University and a B.S. in Business Administration, with a concentration in finance, summa cum laude, from West Virginia University. She was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar in 1998.

Mr. Tony Werner has spent the last 16 years at Comcast Cable, as Chief Technology Officer, then President of the Technology-Product-Experience Division. Mr. Werner is a reference in the world of telecommunications and technology where he is recognized as a leader and innovator. Prior to joining Comcast, he held leadership positions at Liberty Global, Inc., Aurora Networks, Tele-Communications, Inc. (TCI)/AT&T Broadband and Rogers Communications. Mr. Werner was Chairman and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE) and the SCTE Foundation from 2015 to 2017. He was Chairman of the Technical Action Committee (TAC) of CableLabs from 2007 to 2022 and a member of the Board of Directors of Kyrio, the commercial arm of CableLabs. In addition, Mr. Werner has been inducted into the Cable and Broadcast Hall of Fame and the Cable Center Hall of Fame. In 2000, Tony Werner received the NCTA Vanguard Award for Science and Technology. Later in 2016, he received the Technical Emmy Award for Lifetime Achievement.

He speaks fluently French, English, Spanish and Portuguese. He was nominated in 2013 as one of the French Economic Leaders for tomorrow by the Choiseul Institute.
